Support

We're a small team. We aim to answer support emails within one business day at support@peptidia.app. For privacy / data-rights inquiries: privacy@peptidia.app.

Billing & subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsPeptidia Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access through the end of the current period. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Peptidia in the recent purchases list, and request a refund. Apple decides; we don't have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Why was I charged after the free trial?

Peptidia Pro renews automatically when the 3-day free trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. To stop future renewals, cancel via Settings → Subscriptions (see above). For trial-charge refund questions, use Apple's report-a-problem flow.

Can I restore my purchase on a new device?

Yes — open the app and tap Settings → Restore purchases. As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID you used originally, your Pro access transfers automatically.

Account & privacy

How do I delete my account?

In the iOS app, tap Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is removed within 30 days, as required by Quebec Bill 25 and the GDPR. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription — cancel that separately via the iPhone Settings flow above.

How do I download my data?

In the iOS app, tap Settings → Privacy → Download my data. You'll get a JSON file with everything we hold about you — profile, journal entries, AI conversations, subscription state. Or email us at privacy@peptidia.app.

Where does my health data live?

On Supabase Postgres in the Montreal (ca-central-1) region. We don't sell or share data with advertisers. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

App questions

Why doesn't the iOS app show specific peptide doses?

App Store guidelines reserve dose information for medical providers and pharmacies. Peptidia is positioned as an educational reference, so the iOS app intentionally doesn't display numeric doses. For literature dose ranges, consult a licensed healthcare provider — they can review your full situation, which is something a reference app can't responsibly do.

Is Peptidia medical advice?

No.Peptidia is an educational reference. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, doesn't generate protocols or recommendations, and is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a clinician with health questions. Read the full disclaimer.

I think the AI assistant gave me wrong information.

Please report it — we take this seriously. The assistant is grounded in our curated library and refuses certain categories of questions, but no system is perfect. Email us at support@peptidia.app with the conversation context (the message ID is at the bottom of each response) and we'll review.
